We accept returns or exchanges only if:
•You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
•You inform us within 48 hours of delivery
•The product is unused, unaltered, with original tags and packaging
 

Non-Returnable Items

 
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
•Customized or made-to-order garments
•Sale or discounted items
•Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by transit
 

Process to Request a Return/Exchange

2.Share:
•Order number
•Photos of the product and packaging
•Reason for return/exchange
3.We’ll review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.
 

Return Shipping

•If the mistake is on our end (wrong/damaged item), we’ll arrange a reverse pickup at no cost.
•For size exchanges or if the customer changes their mind, the buyer must bear return and re-shipping charges.
 
 

Refunds

•Once the item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
•Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
•Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
 

Exchange Policy

•Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
•If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a similar alternative.
 

International Orders

 
We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders unless the item is damaged in transit. Kindly contact us with evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
