Products & Customization

•All products are made with attention to detail and may involve hand embroidery or made-to-order work.

•Minor variations in color, texture, or embroidery are natural and reflect the uniqueness of handmade products.

•Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable.

Orders & Payments

•Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.

•We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit cards, and international payment gateways for global orders.

Shipping Policy

•Domestic orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days.

•International shipping timelines may vary from 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

•Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties applicable outside India.

Return & Exchange

•Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items and must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

•To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, with tags intact and in original packaging.

•For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Cancellation

•Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.

Intellectual Property

•All content, including logos, product designs, images, and text, are the intellectual property of Gcube NX and cannot be reproduced without written consent.
